One campaign is one standalone marketing email written, designed, approved, and sent to your audience. A resend or a separate segmented send may count as another campaign; we’ll always confirm with you first.
Yes. Your list and sending account should belong to your business and be ready to send. Email-platform fees, account installation, domain authentication, list importing, and automations are not included in the $59 plan.
There’s no long-term contract. Lite is $59/month and can be cancelled anytime before your next billing cycle. Work already completed or underway in the current month is not prorated.
A human email marketer writes and designs every campaign around your voice, goals, and offers. We may use modern tools to support research and quality checks, but you won’t receive generic, one-click copy—and you approve every send.
We can work with an existing permission-based list that is already available in your email platform. List importing or cleaning is not included. We won’t use purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consensual contacts.
Each campaign includes one consolidated revision round before approval. Factual corrections are always taken seriously; a new direction, additional campaign, or work outside the stated scope is quoted separately before we do it.
If your account is ready to send, the first campaign can typically be ready for approval within 7–10 business days after we receive the required access and information.
